This wishlist is a bit different. I'm trying to get used to the idea of being a poor student, so I'm not letting myself look online.

1. I want American Idol back. Pia Toscano (from last season) has a new song on youtube and I think it's really good. Still waiting around for Haley to bring out a song though! I love her, especially her cover of You & I! Do you watch American Idol? Who was your favourite last year?

2. I also want Gossip Girl season 5 to be on. It seems like it's been gone for ages! Anyone have any idea when it'll be back? I need a fix of Ed Westwick! Whose style do you prefer, Serena's or Blair's?

3. My e.l.f order! I get that it was bank holiday and blah blah blah but it seems to be taking longer than it should. Are you waiting for any orders?

4. My father to go back to work. At the moment, it's the second week of both my parents' two weeks off work, I'm at home, and my brother doesn't go back to school until next week. As much as I love my dad, I cannot cope with being in the same room as him for so long every single day for two weeks. I'm on the verge of becoming a murderer. Anyone else's parents driving them insane?

Anyone have any actual material things on their wishlist?

Am I the only one that thinks this year's A/W stock is a little bit better than usual? Seriously, I want everything!

1. This jumper, £12.99 from h&m.

2. You know the band t-shirts in h&m at the moment? Well I like too many of them to include pictures of all of them, but I want The Beatles one, the Ramones one, the Guns'n'roses one and the Rolling Stones one. This is the link to them. I'm relatively sure there was one picture of the model and then they just photoshopped the t-shirts on top of her. That probably makes no sense, but if you click the link and flick through the photos you might get what I mean. Oh, and they're £9.99 (though I'm sure they were only £7.99 in the catalogue, could be wrong though).

3. These boots from h&m, £39.99. They came in a different colour in the catalogue but I can't find it on the website :/ I just think they'd be perfect paired with tights & cable-knits in the winter! I have a code for 25% off so I'm definitely considering getting them!

1. I quite like the look of this clutch; £20 from Asos. It's a decent size for a clutch and it's nice & simple.

2. Some flat shoes. I live in brogues so I think it's time I get some new flats for everyday use. There's just none that are jumping out at me as being "must-buys".

3. Fendi perfume, I'm not sure which one. There was a sample in Elle this month & it smelt lovely :)

4. Something from Korres. My local one used to have loads of offers on all the products but it shut down :( So I have to resort to ordering online. Has anyone ever been in a Korres shop though? It's lovely!

1. This whole outfit, apart from the necklaces. It's already been stuck into my scrapbook for future reference hah. I'm too lazy to look up the necklaces but the blouse is here for £24.99 and the shorts are here for £29.99, both of them come in different colours. Am I the only one annoyed with the H&M price increases? I will keep buying from there, even if I think it's a bit overpriced, but I'm still a bit miffed!

2. My new laptop. It's a nice new shiny red dell laptop & it could be here tomorrow! Eek, so excited! I've had to share an acer one with my brother for over a year and it's just absolutely rubbish, but the dell one I had before that lasted ages and survived many drops & viruses.

3. This necklace from Tiffany's. I tried to get the picture but it didn't work. It costs £185 so I won't be buying it any time soon but I just want something, anything, from Tiffany's! I'd also die for a Tiffany's charm bracelet. My goal in life is to be able to buy designer clothes and jewellery (isn't that a weird word?) from Tiffany's without having to worry about the cost.

4. That nail dust type thing from superdrug? I've seen it on a few blogs, I think it's by Gosh? I've tried looking on the website but either I'm incredibly stupid or it just has a rubbish layout, so I can't find it on there. Orrr I suppose it could only be available in store.

I actually started this post yesterday but my boyfriend turned up unannounced & I accidentally deleted it, grr.

1. Said boyfriend brought back my favourite perfume (Paco Rabanne Lady Million FYI) when he went on holiday but I'd still like a new, fresh, summery scent. Any suggestions?

2. I really want some Nubar polishes as I haven't invested in them yet. They're available from this website for about £8. Feels like I haven't had a new nail varnish in ages! Any collections I should check out?

3. I'm still lusting after Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes mascara. It looks brilliant in the adverts and it has good reviews on Boots. The only problem is that I don't feel I can justify spending about £20 on mascara when I should be saving for uni, boo!

4. This bag, £35 from Asos. Cute, yes?

5. A fair few things off Nasty Gal. I've seen it advertised on loads of blogs and eventually clicked on it the other day, I probably would've earlier but the name of it put me off hah. Sadly, most things are too expensive for me at the moment and shipping is also rather expensive *pouts*. This may be a job for Ebay!

My h&m A/W catalogue turned up yesterday morning so I won't bore you with the amount of stuff I want from there - there really is a lot of stuff. The catalogue and the weather has really made me lust after lots of winter items, including:

1. This jumper, £35 from Asos. Though if I did buy it, I'd get it in a few sizes up.

2. This one, £66 from American Apparel at Asos. Love.

3. I also really want Peter Pan collars that I can attach to various things. Asos have a few but they cost £15 and I'm not sure I want to pay that much for them :/ But I suppose I could wear them with so many different things so that may justify it a bit.

On another note, have you heard Beyonce's supposed to be in a remake of A Star Is Born? I'm really not sure what to make of it, she doesn't seem all that suitable for the role but it could actually be a really smart move. But there's already THREE versions of this film, why make another?!

Moral of the story: browsing the internet is bad for you, it make you want to buy things you can't afford.

1. I want these wedges, £70 from topshop. If only..

2. Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes mascara, £20.50 from boots. There was an advert for it in this month's Elle that made it look really good, and it didn't mention anything about lash inserts or post production enhancement. Definitely sounds worth a try!

3. A time machine. I've said this before and I'll probably keep saying it haha. This time it's because I want to go to a Bon Jovi concert in the '80s. I have such a crush on him!

Am I the only one still messed up from Bank Holiday? I thought it was Tuesday today & I was ready to do an outfit post, but it'll have to wait until tomorrow.

There isn't really anything beauty related I want, and I'm avoiding clothes shops/websites since I've put myself on a spending ban. It's really hard. However, I've decided to start saving for a designer bag. Not sure which one yet, i just want my own designer bag that I've paid for myself :).

Also, my Desperate Housewives season 2 boxset still hasn't turned up! It actually took so long that I was able to get my money back and re-order it!

Has anyone watched last night's 90210?! I'm watching it at the moment; it may be stupid but one thing on my wishlist is for Raj to stay alive :( and for Annie & Liam and Naomie & Max to all stay together. Can you tell I watch too much tv...haha.

did you buy this month's elle? it came with a little booklet about the debenhams beauty club awards 2011. on the back of this little booklet, there's an image of kate moss wearing dior addict lipstick. i thinkkkk this is the right one..

as gorgeous as she is, i never normally really buy into anything kate moss does because it annoys me how she portrays smoking as cool, but when i saw this..wow. i really want this lipstick! i've looked on boots and it's £22 and comes in a huge shade range: 44 colours! i'm not going to get it online though, when i'm spending £22 on a lipstick i want to see the thing in real life first.

i usually tend to avoid topshop, not because i don't like it, but because i spend farrrr too much every time i go in there or even open the website :(. i couldn't resist this week though, so now i want..

hmm i'm not quite sure why, but it seems like ages since i've done a wishlist wednesday!

i've been getting really into lush lately, so here's a few things from there i want to try :)..

• ma bar, "soothing caramel cocoa cake." it sounds like it was actually made for me!

• butterball. the sales person in lush the last time i went there actually recommended this for my eczema, and then my boyfriend's mother happened to buy it for me; woo! i haven't tried it yet but i'm really looking forward to it :)
• i think my next lush purchase will be dreamwash. this was another thing the sales lady recommended for my skin and it has plenty of good reviews so i'll give it a go!
• there's lots more that i want, so i won't bore you with them all, i'll just mention one last one. this one is "gorgeous." i think i only want to try it becasue it costs £35.95 so i want to see if it would be worth it.

in other non-lush related news, i'd really like my desperate housewives boxset to turn up now. i also want to get some other boxsets: csi, supernanny US, ugly betty, the OC, i'm sure i'll think of more too haha.

at the moment, i'm trying to do the communications part of my welshbac, which is going to be hard seeing as i don't think i went to one lesson :( wish me luck bloggers!

i just came to say hello

i thought the easter holidays would be all about sleep, but it's been all about revision :( i've been at it since 11 and now i'm taking a break for a piece of pasty (homemade by my mother - delicious), a cuppa and some blogs.

i can't believe i missed out on this week's wishlist wednesday, so i'll just mention one or two things i want atm. desperate housewives series 1 is one thing i want, my dad's been dispatched to tesco to look for it and if he can't find it, i'll order it off amazon later. isn't amazon amazing?

i'd also like the weather to stay as it is right now! it's all cloudy and rainy at the moment, my perfect weather.

a dog! puggles are quite possibly the cutest dogs ever, just look at their little faces..

just imagine snuggling up on the settee stroking one of those adorable little things! it's so depressing knowing i can't have one :(.

• one of the (many) reasons i dislike summer is because i hate having to show skin; i like wrapping up warm and using clothes almost as a security blanket. palazzo trousers seem to be a way around this. i haven't tried any on yet, but in my mind they're sort of breezy trousers that keep you covered up whilst still keeping you cool :)

• another thing i think will come in handy is this pair of shoes, also from asos. they cost £45 and i think they'll be good at taking beach looks up a notch. don't they look comfy?

• i tried getting a picture of this bag from next, but it wouldn't let me :( i really like it though. another thing on my wishlist is a job at next, i have an interview there on friday so fingers crossed!
• to fix the world. i've said this so many times haha, but i really wish there was a solid prevention method for cancer and earthquakes and all the other shitty things in the world!
• EASTER HOLIDAYS. i'm not going into school on friday, so just one more day for me! woooooo! so excited haha, is there anything you're lusting over:)?

hello fellow bloggers :) this week i want..

• this lovely little bolero from h&m. i actually have no idea what a bolero is, i'm just taking h&m's word for it. it's £19.99 on the website, down from £34.99 so you could call it a bit of a bargain! i'm obviously not sure what it looks like in real life, but i'm imagining it making a beach outfit just that little bit more special, or being thrown on over an LBD and worn with matching heels maybe? i don't know, i just know i want it!

• the shorts are £14.99, also from h&m. they don't look all that nice in this photo, but if you click this it should take you to a page of shorts and they're on the far right. they come in kind of a navy blue too, i think i want both of them. so cute!

• i've never heard of a trapeze jacket before, but i really want one! this one is £70 so it's unlikely i'll end up getting it, but i'm keeping my eye out for a cheaper copycat version.

• lip pencils are growing on me, thanks to the posts on mouldy fruit. i really, really want to try a nars velvet matte lip pencil. i'm not sure in what colour, i think i need to hunt down a nars counter and see them in real life to pick a colour.

• so many more dvds! i already have more than 100 just on one shelf, never mind the rest of the dvds in my house..plus i have a list of about 50 on my phone that i add to whenever i think of a new film :') atm i really need to buy all three pirates of the caribbean films, dead poets society and when harry met sally.
• JOHNNY DEPP. he's old enough to be my father but there really is just something about him, and i think he's one of the best actors ever.

• so much more time! the amount of work i seem to have at the moment, i'd like a few more hours per day. i think two should do it :).
• i really want to invest in some nars and mac stuff. i'm usually strictly a high-street make-up brand girl, but there's something about expensive make-up :)

for those of you that don't speak french, it roughly translates as "i love you more than yesterday, less than tomorrow." aww :)

i don't know why, but i have such a thing for jewellery lately. i came across some of my nan's old brooches and i just fell in love with them :). i'd also quite like some nail varnishes from the models own crackle collection, some more stuff from korres, and last (but definitely NOT least) my r.s teacher back :( she hasn't been in since christmas and apparently isn't coming back at all, so we may never see her again. and we may also fail our exam.

• advice on what to do with my life, i'm so screwed!
• maybe a therapist?.. haha, i'm so down in the dumps at the moment it's ridiculous! though i did a bit of retail therapy on sunday so i've still got a few new things to review :)

i'd planned to wish for my new storage box to turn up..but then it turned up this morning! score :). the things i still want are..

• some nubar and orly nail varnishes. i've never tried either before, shocking i know.
• for american idol to chuck clint off and bring back jaycee :( he's so adorable and his voice is so much better than clint's!
• black wedges. none in particular, just a nice new pair of black wedges :) my mother has amaazing leopard print ones from office and i'd quite like a pair exactly the same but in black.
• sleep, sleep, and more sleep. it seems like half term only made me more tired than i already was.
• self restraint! i've resorted to buying myself one of those money tins that you can only open with a can-opener. it's going to break my heart to put £10 notes in there but desperate times call for desperate measures!
• winter. i know it hasn't exactly gone yet but i miss the lead-up to christmas and the snow :(
