I had to go into Cardiff for a meeting today; ooh, get me ha. It sounds impressive but basically we just go into the office, drink coffee and have a catch up. The volunteer co-ordinator (this really lovely woman called Laura) said she's going to rope in me & my friend to build up some office skills throughout the summer, it's just something to do really since we both seem so incapable of getting jobs :( it'll look good on our CVs though! All in all, it's been a nice day.

Anyway, I'm off to drink seriously unhealthy amounts of Coke

and spend the night in front of the telly;

1. Just a casual outfit for going to Tesco & visiting my Nan. She's so funny, today she asked me to pick out a man for her from the nursing home hah!

2. I'm getting really annoyed with people saying "I can't believe Amy Winehouse is dead." I know it's sad and everything but if it's because of drugs then it's not all that unexpected. Also I think the people in Norway deserve far more sympathy than her.

3. My collarbone looks really weird in the pictures.

It feel SO nice to re-enter the blogging world! I've been slightly AWOL recently trying to revise for my A levels, but I only have one exam left to do so I've given myself permission to start blogging again :).

How's everyone enjoying our so-called summer? I personally am loving the rain and generally 'bad' weather, just don't see the big deal with sun!

I very rarely wear these jeans but they just seemed suitable for the day. It reminded me of something I'd once seen Kelly Brooke wearing, but for some reason I can't quite picture Kelly Brooke lounging around in primark produce haha. The belt was actually free with a pair of shorts, I love freebies!

this was actually yesterday's outfit but i didn't get around to posting about it. i wore this over my boyfriend's house & i tend to think more carefully about what i wear in case his mother judges me based on my appearance haha.

today has been so eventful! it started off as "one of those days"; it was really windy and then it started pouring down with rain & silly me didn't bring an umbrella or coat :( i was all set for coming home in lunch time, then thunder and lightning started when we were in lesson, then the weather made a huge part of the school roof fall onto the headteacher's car, thennn when we were in the common room we were told we had to go home because there was a suspected gas leak! drama drama. i'm considering not going in to school tomorrow & saying i just assumed we wouldn't have school..

long time no blog!

no wishlist wednesday today; there just isn't all that much i actually want! instead, i thought i'd attempt an OOTD post. now, bear with me with ootd posting. i don't get along with my face at the moment, so that will be chopped out of pictures.

i'm fully aware this isn't the most imaginative of outfits, but it's my go-to casual outfit. the top is from dorothy perkins; with this kind of top i tend to buy one or two sizes bigger than i actually am as they just don't suit me otherwise. the jeans are asos's own jeans, and i actually got them for £15 on sale! i'm not really big on jeans but i like this sort of style, and i couldn't really turn them down for £15 :) if i leave the house with this outfit on, i usually wear brogues or just plain flats with an across-the-body bag :)

p.s. if you can see my nail varnish, it's barry m's yellow nail varnish. biggest disappointment ever :( i think barry m may have changed the formula a bit 'cause everything i've bought recently isn't living up to my old stash.

p.p.s the only thing on my wishlist is a winning lottery ticket, please and thanks..
